With every breakfast we offer house cured olives , homemade preserves , freshly baked warm cake and pastries , a variety of cheeses and charcuterie , seasonal fruits and muesli . The open-buffet between 8:00 and 10:00 allows you to take as much as you like of your favorite things and is complementary with your stay . The ingredients we use are part of the secret to our kitchen’s success . Carefully selected seasonal fruits and vegetables harvested from the gardens of our home town , nearby Saribelen Village , become the products and dishes that make up the bounty of our buffets including house-cured olives , marmalades , preserves , local honey and even our own production of olive oil and bread made from freshly-milled flour .
Our home in Saribelen Village is open to our guests who are curious to see Mediterranean village life . Just a small drive inland takes you to a surprisingly lush and gentle land that awakens nostalgia for old-world living in serene surroundings .
