Our penthouse apartment has a living space of about 110 square meters and has been stylishly furnished.
Our apartment has stunning views over the charming town of Kas and the Mediterranean Sea both from the living room and from the master bedroom.
The apartment is located only 5-10 minutes walk from the harbour, the old town of Kas and swimming platforms.
The property has it own parking space and an area with a 30 square meter shared pool as well as a barbecue. This area is shared with only two other apartments in the building.

The penthouse apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the building.
There is a large living area with an open plan kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, small freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a kettle, toaster and a coffee machine.
The living room has a dining table for 6 persons, a sofa and flat screen TV with foreign channels, and a balcony equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
There are stunning views over Kas, its harbour and the Mediterranean from both the living room and balcony.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe, an en suite bathroom with bath with over head shower and enclosure, WC and 2 washbasins.
There is a glazed door opening onto a balcony seating area with stunning views over Kas and the Mediterranean Sea.
The other bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and wardrobe.
Finally, there is another bathroom located across the entrance hall with a toilet, shower and washbasin...

Additional information:
- All bed linen and towels provided, plus towels for use around the pool area.
- We can help you organize airport transfers, car and/or scooter rentals.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
