We are delighted to welcome our pet companions under certain conditions and provided that prior approval is obtained from the hotel management. Pet stays are accepted for an additional fee.
For your comfort and the convenience of our other guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:
- If you are planning to travel with your pet, please be sure to contact us before or after your reservation to obtain approval.
- We kindly ask that our lovely companions are not left alone or unsupervised in the room.
- If you are unable to bring your pet’s own bed, please let us know in advance. We can provide a bed, sheets, and towels so that they too can feel at home.
- For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the dining areas and kitchen sections other than the terrace.
- Pets must be kept on a leash on the terrace and in other common areas.
- Due to our detailed cleaning procedures, an additional cleaning fee of 500 TL per night applies to pet stays.
This practice aims to protect the hygiene and health sensitivities of the guests who will stay after you.
On the day of departure, the condition of the room will be inspected by our reception staff together with our guest. In the event that unusual damage, heavy soiling, or situations requiring extra cleaning caused by the pet are identified, an additional fee may apply.
